It's My 24th!!

Well, guys, it's officially my 24th birthday today!

I would be more excited, except that it really just means that I'm getting older and I have to live with it.

Although, there is some "excitement" in this day. 

Like the fact that I may be 24, but since I got married young and had babies young, when I'm 40, Ruby will be 20 and Sawyer will be 18! How sweet is that?!

Oh yeah, and there's the sweet fact that I have been with the love of my life for 7 years now (married for 4). And getting another year older just means that we had one more year together. I hope God grants us many, many more years to love and take care of each other. No one "gets" me like he does and I doubt that anyone ever will.

Also, another year older should technically mean that I'm wiser....right?

Ok, well maybe not wiser, but I at least have one more year of life experience under my belt. God's always using something in my life to teach me more about Him.

So, there you have it. I'm not very happy to keep getting older, but there are always blessings from each year that the Lord allows me to have. Every day I wake up I need to thank God for what He has given me. 

I truly am blessed.
