Hey there, everyone!
Sorry it's been 2 weeks since I posted one of these! Actually, I didn't even realize today was Wednesday until 20 minutes ago....haha...Sorry!
Anyway, I did weigh-in this morning, though. The bad news is, I weigh exactly the same as I did two weeks ago. There's really no need to even post the statistics for ya. But, the good news is, I haven't gained any weight in the past two weeks.
Obviously, it was my birthday on the 20th and pretty much all that week we ate out. Not a wise choice, but it happened. Then we had a bunch of "get together's" last week that we didn't "diet" at.
In addition to my lazy eating habits, I'm still dealing with my "issue", although, I don't think it has anything to do with gluten/dairy-free now. Only because I have constant pain in one side/abdomen and back pain with no other digestive issues now, except for (mostly) constant nausea. I think maybe my digestive issues I was having were a result of whatever else is going on. Just keep me in your prayers if you would. I'm in the process of trying to see some specialists.
Of course, the Lord knows exactly what He is doing and why He's allowing certain things in my life. Only He knows what's best for me and my family. He is really using this whole experience to teach me a lot about him and for that, I am thankful.
Anyway, I said all that to say that it's really hard to work out when you feel sick and in pain most of the time. :( I'm really hoping to do better about this, though. Even if it's just some Yoga or Pilates.
On a much lighter note, the Lord has opened all the doors for me to become a Premier Designs Jeweler! If you know me well, you have probably known that I have been wanting to do this for at least 2 years now. My mom thought it was the perfect "job" for me and before she died, she gave me all of her Premier jewelry just so I could start my own business. She believed in me and that has stuck with me until this day.
And just so everyone knows, I hope you're not terribly annoyed by any FB messages you may have received from me regarding Premier. Please understand that I'm just starting out and trying to grow my business. Having a jewelry party is really a wonderful opportunity for you, so I'm just trying to share that with you. :) Believe me, I've had about 4 parties in the past 2 years and have benefited greatly from each one. But anyway, if you're not interested, I understand. But, no harm in presenting it to you, right? ;) But, if you ARE interested, please contact me for more details on how you can get some FREE jewelry. :)
Sorry this was such a long post, but I haven't been on here in quite awhile and had MUCH to tell! :)
I hope you all have a very blessed day and thanks for reading!
