You're going to LOVE me after today.
Why? Because I'm sharing a super delicious and healthy Freezer-Friendly recipe with you all today! Now, I wasn't the genius behind this recipe as much as I want to be , but you can find the recipe here, along with proper Freezing Instructions. :)
This is one of those meals that my husband REALLY likes. It's fast, it's easy, and it's even EASIER when you're just popping the meatballs out of the freezer! This recipe is so easy to Freeze for later that you'll be surprised!
I made these Meatballs in advance for Sunday Lunch.
Sunday mornings are always crazy for us since I'm getting ready for Jr. Church, Joe's getting ready for Teen Sunday School, and we're both tag-teaming the kids trying to get them ready for church. Plus, I usually make breakfast for the Teen Sunday School. Basically, it's just crazy.
That being said, it's really hard for me to prepare any kind of lunch before church, unless it's a crock pot meal. And even then, that takes some time and prep.
That's why this recipe was so appealing to me. I could make the meatballs any time during the week that I had extra time, freeze them, then take them out Sunday morning to thaw, and they are ready to be eaten Sunday after church! Yay! :)
Here is the final product!
