Weight Loss Wednesday! 10/24/12

Well, here's the Weight Loss Wednesday post I promised!!

I will start by saying this, if you are NOT a woman....stop reading. I'm warning you...

Now, let's just say I'm not happy to be posting this...at all.

For some reason, I was craving CHOCOLATE this week.

This morning, I found out why.

So, I step on the scale, bloated and crampy, just to find out that I gained 1 pound!

I'm not happy....at all. 

I'm hoping the 1 lb. is just from retaining some water weight, and it's not an actual pound of fat.

Anyway!

Wednesday Sept. 26, 2012:                    195.6 lbs.

Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012:                     196.4 lbs.

WOW! I didn't realize it's been a MONTH since my last WLW post! Time just seriously flies by so fast! If I'm not making a conscious effort to lose weight, I just don't. For me, that's just the reality of it. As unhappy as that makes me, it's true.

I guess it's good that I've maintained, but at the same time, I've "maintained" mostly since I've been married. BUT that doesn't change the fact that I'm still overweight.

Lord, help me to stay dedicated!
Help me to LOSE this!
